Susan was great and helped with with everything I needed when I first moved in, and during my entire stay. She answered any questions I had and gave great recommendations while I was there. I also have to mention Renee, she takes care of the housekeeping during your stay and is also sweet as can be and very helpful. These two ladies made my travel experience that much better and gave me a home away from home experience.

I had to have bilateral hip replacements while I was here and Susan, the office manager, went above and beyond to check on me and make sure I didn’t need anything. Ranae always keeps the place clean and is very nice and professional when she comes around. The grounds are kept up very nice. I always feel safe here too. It’s a 10/10.

The management was a pleasure to work with and the apartment was nicely cleaned weekly. I had to wait a couple of weeks for an opening, but I am so glad I did. It was comfortable for when my wife visited as well. It was a good situation for us. It is very close to many conveniences, and I liked the ability to take long, safe walks along concrete sidewalks and the nearby Huckleberry Trail. I highly recommend this for your home-away-from-home residence. You won’t be sorry.

However, it is still a motel- keep that in mind for members of your group who may not be used to those.

I appreciate the privacy and quite that we receive here. The staff is amazing I know there is someone willing and always around if I need anything or have questions which is always a good thing lol. I’m thankful because with everything I have going on and that I deal with on a day to day basics it is a relief that it feels like home when I’m done with my day. I most definitely recommend this location too friends and family with confidence that they will be satisfied with their stay!

Never had to worry about a parking space. When we are back in Harrisonburg in the future, this is where we will first look at staying.

Tori is a really nice lady, she always makes sure things are right for when I come for work in Elkton. The rooms are always nice and I seem to get lucky by getting the updated ones with the smart tv in the rooms. I think having smart TV’s are great & it’s easier to deal with so I don’t have to travel with extra stuff to hook up. But anyways awesome place to be & I enjoy it every time.

It made my transition to a new state a comfortable one. The management was exceptional, nice, and professional. They went out of their way to care for property. Which was important for me. I recommend! Probably the best temporary housing you will find!

Denise on Expedia wrote (4-7-24): The suite was very clean and fully stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, pots, pans, dish soap, etc. Shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, and bar soap were provided. No conditioner. The bar soap has exfoliating chunks in it, so don’t get it in your eyes. Big closet in the bedroom. Comfy mattress and much better pillows than the mushy ones in most hotels. The bathroom had a mirror with a self-defogger. I had never seen one and had to Google that. The only negative thing about the facility appearance was the sign out front half knocked over. There’s no staff on site after 6pm or on weekends, so I’m having to wait until Monday to ask about lost and found items. They use real keys, so don’t forget to lock the door manually when you leave.

I was in search of a new rental residence as I had just ended a 3 year lease. I quickly found that I really didn’t need to look any further because I had found everything that I was looking for. The location is quiet and secluded yet easily accessible to local restaurants, shopping, work and my family.

Donna and the staff are always on point with handling any issues and providing anything that is needed. The rooms are clean and spacious and include everything that you need. It’s a mini apartment and absolutely fit my needs.

I highly recommend Affordable Corporate Suites to anyone looking for lodging in the Lynchburg area. I will definitely use ACS on future visits to the area.

I loved the location, the apartment so cozy equipped with everything, enough space for everything. Has laundry room, a gazebo, I loved the yards and the view. But what I loved the most was Geene’s (Administrator) willing to assist every guest, it has an excellent and quality service, also the housekeeper was very willing. This place was beyond my expectations.
